Meet The Team

Imeraan is a Project Manager, Mental Health Specialist and our Head of Operations. With a strong background in counselling and organizational leadership, his work focuses on creating accessible, evidence-based operations and solutions that support individual and workplace well-being.

 

He holds a Diploma in counselling and Communications, a Batchlors in Applied Social Science, and has studied Website Development from the University of Cape Town. Imeraan's leadership and experience in working for the City of Cape Town, makes him a spearhead in our quest for globally accessible mental health solutions.

Savannah is our Media & Marketing Coordinator, working closely with the leadership team in shaping Psych Industries’ brand presence while keeping our community connected. She works closely with brand community engagement, offering practical, bite-sized mental health strategies with her warm, approachable style.

She holds a degree in Psychology and Communication Science, an Honours in Psychology, and has studied Social Media Strategy and Marketing from the University of Cape Town.

Clara is a psychology-based life coach and the founder of CH Life Coaching. Using a psychology-informed coaching approach, she blends her academic background in psychology with practical
coaching tools to create a space where clients feel both understood and empowered. Her approach considers every aspect of a person's life, ensuring
that sessions are intentional, relevant, and tailored to their needs.
 

She holds a Diploma in Counselling & Communication Skills, a BA in Applied Social
Sciences, and an Honours degree in Psychology. Her fluency in English, German, and Afrikaans allows her to coach clients globally while understanding and supporting diverse cultures.

Jediael is a Certified Life Coach, and the head of client engagement. His work focuses on building and managing relationships with clients and corporate partners, while guiding engagement in a way that delivers lasting value and measurable impact.

He holds a Diploma in Counselling, a BA in Applied Social Science, and has studied the Psychology of High Performance from Stanford Health Care. He holds certification in life coaching and is in pathway towards ICF-PCC credentialing. Jediael is an affiliate of COMENSA and a member of Business Networking International (BNI).

Koketso works closely with the team in supporting our clients' journeys; from communication support to ensuring that they have the resources they need to thrive. Her exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, make her adept at supporting clients in both local and global contexts.

Koketso holds a degree in Psychology, majoring in Sociology, and has obtained her Honours in Community Health Psychology. Fluent in English and Sepedi, Koketso is able to support clients from multiple cultural backgrounds.

Connor is a website and app developer, specialising in full-stack development and IT solutions. He builds and maintains responsive websites and mobile apps and supports clients with technology needs, especially within our Business Growth Solutions. Connor combines technical expertise with practical problem-solving to help businesses grow and optimise their digital presence and operations.

Connor graduated from EPICODE Institute of Technology with certification in full stack development. Of Scottish descent and world travel, Connor understands the cultural nuance and contextual importance of how to translate business and psychological ideas into technological solutions.
