Psych Industries (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to fair and transparent billing. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be offered for individual services, memberships, and corporate wellness engagements.
1. General Rule
Because our services involve reserved time and professional preparation, refunds are not guaranteed once a session or service has been delivered. Where refunds are granted, they are processed at our discretion and in line with this policy.
2. Individual Sessions (Coaching/Counselling/Psychotherapy)
2.1 Cancellations by Clients

More than 24 hours’ notice:
You may reschedule at no cost, or request a refund. -
Less than 24 hours’ notice / no-show:
No refund. The session is counted as used.
2.2 If We Cancel
If Psych Industries cancels a session, you may choose:

a full refund, or
-
to reschedule at no cost.
3. Packages & Bundles (e.g., multi-session packs)
3.1 Before Any Sessions Are Used
If you cancel a package before attending any sessions, you may request a refund minus:

any payment processing fees, and
-
any non-refundable admin costs (if applicable).
3.2 After Sessions Have Started
If you have attended one or more sessions:

The used sessions are charged at the standard single-session rate.

Any remaining balance may be refunded minus admin/processing fees.
3.3 Expiry / Non-Use
Packages must be used within the stated time frame (if one is listed).
Unused sessions after expiry are not refundable.
4. Memberships (Monthly Plans)
4.1 Free Trial (if included)
If your membership includes a free trial:

You may cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

If a complimentary trial session has been used, no further sessions are refundable.
4.2 Monthly Billing

Memberships are billed automatically each month at the stated rate.

You may cancel anytime. Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4.3 Refunds on Membership Payments

Refunds are not issued for partially used months.

Unused sessions do not roll over and are not refundable.
5. Corporate Wellness Services
Corporate engagements are scoped per organization and typically include preparation, facilitation, and/or contracted delivery time.
5.1 Needs Assessments
Corporate needs assessments are non-refundable once delivered.
5.2 Workshops / On-Site Sessions

7+ days’ notice: reschedule or refund available, minus any confirmed travel/venue costs.

Less than 7 days’ notice: no refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
5.3 Retainers / Monthly Partnerships

Retainers are billed monthly based on agreed scope.

Refunds are not issued for months already in progress or completed.

Cancellations require 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
6. Delays, Emergencies, and Special Circumstances
We understand life happens. In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, bereavement, or unforeseen crises), we may offer:

a reschedule, or
-
a partial/credit refund
at our discretion.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider. Processing fees charged by third parties may be deducted where applicable.
